Mac-Mod Vydac 238MS C18, 300 Å, 5 µm, 1.0 x 100 mm HPLC Column
Vydac TP was the first range of wide pore media phases developed and became the industry standard for peptide and protein separations. The 300 ¿TP silica gives polypeptide molecules complete access to the interior of the silica pores. Vydac TP is known for long column lifetime and negligible phase leaching. Vydac TP provides reliable protein purifications, scalable from analytical to preparative scale. Vydac 218TP and 238TP are used for small polypeptides of 4-5kDa, enzymatic digest fragments, natural and synthetic peptides and multi-ring compounds. Vydac 208TP is recommended for polypeptides of molecular weight 10-20kDa. Vydac 214TP is recommended for the analysis of glycoproteins, hemoglobin variants, histones, insulin variants and membrane proteins. Antibodix columns are specially designed for high resolution, high efficiency and high recovery separations of antibodies. The packing support is composed of a rigid, spherical, highly cross-linked poly(styrene divinylbenzene) (PS/DVB) non-porous bead. The non-porous resin has particle size of 1.7, 3, 5 and 10 µm. The PS/DVB resin surface is grafted with a highly hydrophilic, neutral polymer thin layer with the thickness in the range of nanometer. On the top of the hydrophilic layer, weak cation-exchange functional groups are attached via a proprietary chemistry, resulting in high capacity ion-exchange layer.

Sepax Technologies Inc Sepax HPLC Column Carbomix Ca-NP10, 5% Crosslinkage, 10 x 300 mm
Carbomix phases are composed of spherical, low cross-linking polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) particles with their surfaces modified with sulfonic acid (-SO3H), followed by chelating of metal ions of calcium (Ca2+), lead (Pb2+), sodium (Na+) or potassium (K+) to form Carbomix Ca-NP, Pb-NP, Na-NP, K-NP phases, respectively. The PS/DVB support has cross-linking degree of 5%, 8% and 10% with the particle sizes of 5 and 10 µm. The uniform particle size adds the benefit of high separation efficiency to Carbomix.
